Powder Material Storage, Conveying and Dosing System

This system achieves fully automated processing of powder materials from feeding → storage → conveying → dosing, with a fully enclosed design and no dust leakage.

The automatic powder dosing system is designed for fully automated handling of powder and granular materials, covering the complete process from feeding, storage, conveying, and precise dosing.

The system adopts a closed-loop structure to minimize dust exposure during operation and improve material handling safety, cleanliness, and production efficiency. It is suitable for industries requiring accurate powder transfer and controlled feeding processes.

System Process Flow

Ton bag / small bag loading → Vacuum conveying → Powder storage → Weighing and dosing → Pipeline transfer to production equipment

1. Combined Feeding Station

Product Description

The combined feeding station is designed for unloading powder materials from large bags (FIBC ton bags) or small bags. Ton bags can be lifted to the feeding position through an electric hoist or forklift. After positioning, the bag outlet is opened through the discharge mechanism, allowing materials to enter the lower hopper smoothly.

The station is equipped with material loosening devices, including vibration and bag-beating mechanisms, to improve discharge efficiency and prevent material bridging or blockage.

Main Function

  • Enables efficient unloading of powder and granular materials from ton bags and small bags

  • Provides enclosed feeding operation to reduce dust generation

  • Collects dust during material discharge to improve working environment

Typical Applications

Widely used in powder handling processes across industries such as:

  • Food processing

  • Chemical production

  • Plastic manufacturing

  • Lithium battery materials

  • Advanced new materials

2. Powder Vacuum Feeder

Product Description

The powder vacuum feeder uses a Roots blower as the vacuum power source to create stable negative pressure throughout the conveying system.

Through pipeline connection, powder and granular materials are drawn into the suction inlet together with airflow, forming a material-air mixture. The mixture is transported through the conveying pipeline into the feeder chamber, where material and air are separated. The discharged powder then enters the connected receiving equipment.

The feeder is equipped with multiple pulse compressed-air cleaning units. During operation, compressed air is automatically released to clean the filter surface, removing accumulated powder and maintaining continuous conveying performance.

Main Features

  • Stable vacuum conveying for powder and granular materials

  • Closed pipeline transportation to reduce dust leakage

  • Automatic pulse back-blowing system for filter cleaning

  • Continuous operation with improved conveying reliability

3. Powder Storage Tank

Product Description

The powder storage tank is used as an intermediate storage unit after material unloading and conveying.

It provides temporary storage capacity between the feeding system and dosing system, ensuring stable material supply for the next processing stage.

Main Function

  • Stores transferred powder materials

  • Maintains continuous material availability

  • Supports stable operation of the dosing process

4. Powder Dosing Tank

Product Description

The powder dosing tank is designed for accurate measurement and controlled discharge of powder materials according to production requirements.

Through weighing control, the system delivers precise quantities of powder for each batch, improving dosing accuracy and reducing material waste.

Main Function

  • Accurate powder weighing

  • Controlled material discharge

  • Improved production consistency and dosing efficiency

System Advantages

  • Fully automated powder handling process from feeding to dosing

  • Closed conveying design for cleaner operation

  • Reduced manual handling requirements

  • Improved dosing accuracy and production stability

  • Suitable for various powder and granular material applications

Applications

The automatic powder dosing system is widely used in:

  • Composite materials

  • Textile auxiliaries

  • Paints and coatings

  • Printing inks

  • Cosmetics

  • Food ingredients

  • Adhesives

  • Construction chemicals

  • Perfume and aroma industries
