Our differential pressure pipe assembly is custom fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, featuring CNC bending, precise cutting and thread machining. Each unit is manufactured to strict dimensional tolerances to ensure consistent pressure transmission.
Designed for diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment systems, this DP pipe assembly connects DPF sensors to capture exhaust pressure difference data. It resists high temperatures, vibration, exhaust corrosion and thermal fatigue in harsh off-highway and heavy-duty working environments.
Custom tube bending, end fittings, thread specifications and lengths are available to match various engine and aftertreatment layouts. All assemblies are inspected for leak tightness and dimensional accuracy before shipment, providing reliable long-term service for heavy-duty, construction and agricultural machinery.
Differential Pressure Tube Assembly
Reliable Pressure Signal Transmission for DPF and GPF Monitoring
Function & Application
The Differential Pressure Tube Assembly collects pressure signals from the inlet and outlet sides of a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) and transmits them to the differential pressure sensor.
By measuring the pressure difference across the filter, the system monitors soot loading and determines the filter condition. When the preset soot-loading threshold is reached, the signal supports regeneration control to restore filtration efficiency and maintain reliable after-treatment system performance.
Accurate Filter Condition Monitoring
Provides stable differential pressure signal transmission for accurate soot-load monitoring, timely regeneration control and consistent DPF or GPF filtration performance.
Key Advantages
01 | High Pressure Sensitivity
Responds sensitively to differential pressure changes across the particulate filter, supporting accurate soot-load monitoring and regeneration control.
02 | Unobstructed Airflow
The optimized tube structure ensures smooth pressure-flow transmission with minimal resistance, helping maintain measurement accuracy.
03 | Temperature and Corrosion Resistance
Heat- and corrosion-resistant materials support dependable operation in high-temperature exhaust environments and under long-term exposure to corrosive substances.
04 | Anti-Clogging and Vibration Resistance
Designed to resist soot accumulation, condensation-related blockage and vehicle vibration, helping ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.
05 | Stable Signal Transmission
Delivers consistent pressure signals to the sensor, supporting reliable filter diagnostics and precise exhaust after-treatment control.
