The HC series multi-head parallel ultrasonic plastic welding machine is
developed specifically for the one-time welding needs of long, curved, and
large-area plastic parts. Through the design of multi-head parallel synchronous
work, it breaks through the limitations of single welding for low-power
equipment and can achieve synchronous or zone welding operations with dual or
more heads, balancing welding efficiency and consistency. It is suitable for
large-scale production scenarios in multiple industries and provides efficient
solutions for welding large/complex plastic parts.
2、 Core product features
Equipped with high-quality Japanese original steel amplitude converter
(material grade: SCM435), with a hardness of ≥ HRC45, wear-resistant and impact
resistant, no deformation after 20000 high-frequency vibration tests, and a
service life of ≥ 12000 hours, ensuring long-term stable operation;
The key structural components are formed using gravity casting technology,
with a machining tolerance of ≤± 0.02mm. The assembly accuracy of the machine
body is high, and the amplitude transmission is uniform during welding, which
helps to improve the consistency of multi-point welding;
The rack is made of high-strength bent profiles welded together, and the
internal stress is eliminated through aging treatment. It is equipped with an
extended worktable (tabletop size ≥ 1200 × 800mm, load-bearing ≥ 200kg), with an
amplitude of ≤ 0.1mm during equipment operation, strong stability, and suitable
for placing and welding large products;
Equipped with a multi-head synchronous control system, the welding parameters
(time, pressure, energy) of each machine head are independently adjustable and
the synchronization error is ≤± 0.05s, which can ensure the consistency of the
welding effect at multiple points simultaneously, and the weld seam is smooth
without overflow;
The overall structural layout of the machine conforms to the needs of
industrial production, with sufficient debugging space reserved in the operating
area. The distance between the machine heads can be flexibly adjusted according
to the product size to meet the welding requirements of different specifications
of long and curved plastic parts.
