The support layer, outer cage, end caps, and center rod can be flexibly configured using polypropylene, PTFE, or stainless steel-lined constructions, while seal rings are available in silicone, fluororubber, and EPDM to match specific chemical and thermal conditions. The cartridge exhibits excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties alongside outstanding chemical stability, resisting strong acids and alkalis. It operates continuously at up to 80°C and withstands repeated autoclave sterilization at 121°C for 30 minutes per cycle. Pressure ratings reach 0.65MPa forward at 25°C and 0.24MPa reverse at 80°C, with every unit 100% integrity-tested prior to shipment to guarantee reliable retention performance.
